    Very pleasant

    A very nice hotel with excellent golf course The Staff are very friendly and professional Set in a nature reserve so peaceful and quiet yet we were also able to visit Lisbon and Sintra on day trips .(only 30-35 Mins to lisbon by Uber ) Only minor complaint- they didn’t offer room upgrade despite hotels .com gold But other than this Would definitely recommend

    Wonderful place to escape

    I only stayed one night at Onyria Quinta da Marinha hotel but wish I had stayed longer. It is a beautiful resort with a lovely pool and golf course area. The staff were very welcoming and were careful with Covid protocols. The room was clean, spacious, with a large bed, and the air conditioning worked well. There is an infinity pool which looks out onto the golf course. The pool is very nice but is not huge. The bar food was good but expensive (I didn't eat in the restaurant itself). Despite that, I thought this hotel was overall very good value. You can pay to park in the underground car park with the resort fee (only 2 Euros a day) or there is free parking on the street outside. If I wanted an escape from Lisbon for a few nights, I think this hotel is ideal. I would definitely recommend it.

    Good if a golfer or with kids. Not romantic coupe

    So. Did a 5 day stay in the end. Unfortunately extended by an extra night but was charged full price for a single rather than the previous which was a shame. Checked in late. Very good start. Lovely room (paid upgrade to best suite) Room 10/10 apart from the shower flooded repeated. Water coming up as well as not going down. 90 minutes for someone to come help. Sorted. Manager apologies. Happened again. Used towels this time. Room service is poor. But Breakfast is very good would definitely recommend paying to have it in the room. Lots of kids by the pool. Indoor and outside. If you got kids then no problem but wasn’t great for quiet pool time. All in all not bad but don’t think it’s 5 star. Just very new hotel.

    Nice golfing hotel

    A good looking and well kept hotel very close to the golf course of the same name. Good parking outside and in their own garage. Very friendly reception and good clean rooms with large balconies overlooking the golf course. Good breakfast. Nice bar area. We had dinner for 25 persons in the evening and it was a buffet. Buffet was ok.

    Terrible experience

    Terrible experience staying at this property. It is located in the middle of a construction zone away from the town. There was always traffic driving to/from the hotel due to construction. It is noisy with rooms not well insulated. Booked and paid for golf view, but was given a room overlooking a restaurant. There is no room service. The hotel claims it is 5 star, but in reality it is barely 3. My last night could not get any sleep because of person in the next room snoring loudly. The hotel offered another room with missing refrigerator which we took and slept for couple of hours before we had to drive 5 hours to Porto with very little rest. I have talked to the hotel manager about my experience and he had assure me they will reimburse me for my last sleepless night, but I never heard back from them. I had a very bad experience staying at this property and would not recommend it!
