All the services was very good but we had all inclusive plan but lunch and dinner get little tired with similar food option. And with small kids dinner start 7:30 was difficult to manage. But expect those points stay was fantastic.

We love Recanto. The staff was accommodating of our early check-in and a few other special requests. The food (especially breakfast!) was delicious. We loved all the different pool options and the morning fitness classes. Our only wish was that the whirlpools on the bottom level were a little hotter. We hired a guide for Las Cataratas through the hotel, and they were top notch. We would also highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa during your stay. It was the perfect way to unwind in the middle of a long trip. It felt like vacation on vacation!

The property is extremely kid- and family-friendly. They have everything you need to keep your children entertained and provide special supervised activities at the pool. The food is excellent and the service is unmatched. The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. If you stay in the new building, there is a bit of a walk to most amenities. The front desk staff was excellent, led by Marcelo. At meal time, Yamila provided amazing service with a smile. We had a great first visit to Brazil thanks to the staff.

We have been to recanto 2 times already, and we loved the resort. Very comfy, spacious room, with minibar and nice bathroom. The food is expensive for its quality. Buffet is surprisingly good, wide range of food too. The outdoor thermal pool is huge, they rent you towels. Indoor poor is somewhat cold and dingy but its OK. There is a kids park ourside which is well equiped. I think the resort is awesome to visit w kids. Even if the resort is pricey, our first choice will always be recanto.

Vou falar como minha primeira experiência em resort a estrutura do resort muito boa mesmo condiz com o que é oferecido o que não gostei como primeira visita a resort fiquei perdido com a explicação da atendente. Não ofereceu nada se eu n tivesse que perguntar especificadamente. Tive que pedir a orientação e mapa do resort do jatar tive que pedir como funcionava e n sabia me orientar corretamente era o local inclusive sobre o janta somente em um terceiro funcionário conseguiu me orientar onde era. Questão da localização do quarto que ficava em anexo ao resort tendo que acessar o resort por uma passarela relativamente longa seria interessante que antes de reservarmos o quarto isso ficasse bem esclarecido fui para relaxar e acabei caminhando muito mais do que eu esperava! Cafe da manha mediano fiquei em um hotel anterior com diárias bem menores com cafe bem melhor drinks na piscina n são padronizados em nenhum dos que provamos tivemos vontade de pedir mais um!
