Good for a short business stay but terrible decor
The hotel has very strange interior decor, including a strange stuffed animal sitting on top of a bean bag in the room. The room was generally very clean, however the tile floor in the bathroom was recessed and it was clear this had not been scrubbed or mopped in some time, which was very disappointing. Additionally, there were not enough elevators for the large number of people staying in the hotel, which meant you need to wait for up to 5 minutes to go down to breakfast or leave. The front desk was only manned by one person when I left and I was in a hurry to reach my train back to Jakarta, but the person remained on the phone for ages before acknowledging me. A second staff member would have really helped in this situation (especially since the breakfast appeared to have more staff than was needed). Regarding the breakfast you had to wait for a staff member to approach you in order to get a coffee. This meant that on the second day I went without. Finally the complex where the hotel is located shares a building with the next door Pullman Hotel and a convention centre. The layout of the building is so overly complex and labyrinthine that it took me 20 minutes to find the pedestrian exit to the street my first night at the hotel, and I got lost inside the building multiple times trying to find one spot or another.

great to stay, poor on dining
great location, nice view (if you choose the 'city view' room). no a la carte menu or room service though as they only serve buffet breakfast, which is not really a buffet due to the health protocol implementation. for the price, the buffet breakfast is disappointing in terms of variety and quantity... yes this is the only buffet breakfast where you only get a certain allocation of each dish. The rest are fine, the staff are courteous and helpful, everything works in the room. will return.

A Lovable and Clean Hotel
I check-in with my wife and daughter for 1 night, and as the hotel is still new, so everything was as i expected. The room was clean, colorful and the bed was so cozy. There is also a couch to relax your body. The bathroom and amenities was also enjoyable. Don't forget th great wifi 👍. You can also enjoy walking round to the next door hotel, The Pullman Grand Central.
