Cold pool water
We really were impressed by the new hotel condition but very disappointed about the condition of the pool!. We wanted to use the pool specially for my kids but couldn’t use it because the water was cold. Since there was no other activity for kids in the hotel, the pool was the only activity and they couldn’t use it.

Underwhelmed
We stayed three nights. Our room was never cleaned. It wasn’t stocked with toiletries or toilet paper, towels or coffee. We had to inquire at the front desk for all of these things. The front desk receptionist was very receptive to our concerns. The gal that “dispensed” food was very pleasant. The exercise room was clean and bright although lacking in towels. The dispenser for the machine wipes didn’t work so you had to remove the top to gather a wipe to clean your machine after use. The pool was very cold but nice during the heatwave. The towels for the pool were from the fitness center(small) on the first day. The beds were very comfortable! We have a business in WA and understand the difficulty in finding employees at this time. I hope the things that were lacking during our stay are temporary. For a hotel that has been in business for five months and the rates we paid, we were somewhat underwhelmed.

Great place to stay in La Quinta/Indio!
Really nice, clean and affordable place to stay in the area. Loved the in-room amenities, and that the hotel is brand new and nicely decorated. Great location adjacent to restaurants, gas stations, Costco, Starbucks, etc. Beds were comfortable and service was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Week stay in La Quinta
Was mostly a nice stay. Was there for hubby’s Chemo treatment. The lights outside the windows was a bit much at night. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. We understand with a pandemic that safety is important, just have stayed at other hotels that offered more selections. Also, housekeeping forgot the wash cloths and only gave a few towels. But that was quickly remedied. Staff was so welcoming & nice.

ould have been better if..
This is a very nice hotel and we enjoyed it except for some mechanical thing banging on the roof. We called and reported it our 2nd night. The next morning I had to ask the front desk if there was any resolution and she said no- they sent an engineer up to the roof and couldn’t find anything. At no point did anyone apologize, offer to move us to a quieter room or offer to discount our stay because we couldn’t sleep. There must have been other rooms who complained as well. I am surprised that management was not more proactive or responsive to our complaint. Otherwise the room was perfect for us and our little dog.

Fleas and now have to deal with them in my home
Hotel bed infested with fleas. When I got into the covers/pillows I could smell dog and immediately started getting small bites. The staff was kind and willing to get me into another room or allow me to book another hotel (as all rooms were full), however the damage had already been done. Very unfortunately, the fleas (carried back in my luggage and on my person) infested my car and my apartment and now I am spending $$ and my time trying to eradicate them from my apartment, and have been unable to do so. Covered in bites and extremely frustrated that I have to deal with this problem. Room 220.
