The hotel had general good reviews. The hotel was beautiful, the pool was exactly like the pictures described it so we spend a really good time. However, the room experienced was quite disappointing. There is absolutely NO noise insulation. The sleeping experience was terrible. No Privacy. You could hear the conversation from the neighbor bedroom, their snoring, the music... If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat, I would not recommend to stay there.

Great location but too noisy because of thin walls
Although, I realize that the hotel is centrally located on one of the busiest streets and has a bar downstairs. The walls were very thin and you could hear every single word and phone conversation from the person staying in the room next door which made it very uncomfortable. The room was very clean and cozy. However, the coffee machine was broken and our door didn’t have a lock inside. We reported this to the reception next day and they confirmed that was strange and shouldn’t have been that way. Props to the the team both got fixed later that day. They also said that a manager will give us a call regarding the noise complaints but we never heard back.
