One of my favourite Mals
Very good - I have lots of late meetings so was please that you could get food in the bar till 11pm And they serve Gunniess in pints (some Mals serve beer in schooners which is just ridiculous) And they let me into my room about 3 hours early

Staff need training on how to handle complaints
The room was nice, big, and very clean but it was inasanely hot, it felt like I was trying to sleep in a Sauna. I was here for 2 nights and I’m not a one to complain but I had to say something after the first night bug all I got was a potable AC unit that only blew hot air and a fan that circulated that hot air. When I spoke to reception about this all I got is “sorry about that” no attempt to give me another room or anything like that. I def won’t be staying here again.

Choose to stay on a warm weekend - rooms were very warm. No air conditioning. Hotel would benefit from a little better lighting also.
