This place it’s very nice, I enjoyed everything about it. I only had an issue making the reservation to any of the very nice restaurants and Guest services took care of it. If anything, I think the guests should be more conscientious of others when smoking. I should say that Staff very pleasant and friendly

Small resort with limited options. One pool. One bar with very small selection of mostly rail drinks. No Coke products (only pepsi and 7up). Three restaurants, but can only visit two during entire stay, which is confusing because why? Another bar next to entrance is only for "members" which is annoying to say the least because have to walk across entire resort for a drink and stand in line. However, beach area is very nice and rooms are very clean. Food is great too, but very similar selection every day so it gets boring quick.

The property location overall is great but the service for an all inclusive needs a lot of improvement. First there is only one bar tender in the pool area tasked with also making desserts for children. You can imagine the lines this creates, the food is also very generic and lacks flavor, no room service, and no drinks service in the beach area you have to walk to the one bar tender by the pool.

The only I thing I hate is that there is not enough Pool at this resort to satisfy all the people that want to use it. The Europeans resort to the "Towel Game" where they wake up early and lay a towel down to claim the chairs. Then at some point over the course of the day they show up. The car sits there with a Towel on it and nobody gets to use it. It is sad when the resorts towel is more important than the person. What the need to do it start yanking towels and making them pay for them if they try doing that crap. If you are an American I would avoid this place because it overrun with French people. The French are the absolute worst out of all the Europeans, Canadians and people I met from around the world. The French just treat you like you are a piece of sh!t that is in their way. Aside from that this resort if a good value, clean, and very friendly staff which I enjoyed. I would visit again just not during the months of November-January if you are an American.
