The staff are all very friendly, efficient and proactive. The front desk staff offered towels to us when we were on the way to swimming pools. The only down side is that there were other guests who didn’t respect the swimming pool rule and was playing with the life saving ring even when they had been stopped once, and they were trying to remove our towels from the chair. Their behaviors were very disturbing and we had to cut short our time there.

Our concerns were addressed before we made the booking and we were so glad that we chose this hotel! The Staff, Peter, was super friendly and helped us with our items, offered umbrella when the weather was gloomy and offered our baby snacks! The hotel acceded to our request for baby amenities such as steriliser, baby tub, baby cot, shower amenities, and even upgraded our room which made our stay very comfortable and memorable!
