This is an old grand hotel. Surely it was glorious in the past but now it needs a lot of repair and renovation.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel but bit of a walk into the city (that’s my fault not the hotels), needs a bit of money spending on it as looking dated Great pool on rooftop and breakfast!!
Ian, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Not worth it, staff not very attentive and location too far from anything
Naghme, 9-night trip

Stephanie, 2-night trip

Lovely Hotel with Parking close to centre of Palermo Fantastic view from the 14th floor Good food
Nicolas, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Receptionist was welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Nice room with great seaview although we officially had cityview. Breakfast is complete with good choices. Free parking on the premises. The hotel is situated at a very busy road but while inside you don’t hear the noise. You need to take a public bus or taxi to get to the city center. Walking is not really an option. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a short stay.
Roy, 1-night trip

Dante, 3-night trip

Pleasant clean high rise hotel from the 90s

Very clean rooms with great harbour views from the top floors . Value for money with breakfast included and a 12 minute walk to the promenade and the botánical gardens . The hotel is a bit dated but spacious offering dinner from 730 pm .
Berenice, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was far from many things and walking was very dangerous. Due to the fact there wasn’t any sidewalks. You had to go against traffic. That was the only thing the location should’ve been a little bit better.
armando, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

San Paulo hotel was a wonderful experience. We got our room on the 11th floor with a sea view and we woke up to the sea view and sunrise everyday from the window in our room. We found the hotel very safe and generally quiet with excellent breakfast and facilities. The staff were courteous and very helpful and the experience surpassed our expectations.
Mahesh, 11-night trip

8/10 Very good

Ask for a sea view room on an upper floor.

Great room on the ocean side of the building. The room was big but dated.
Steve, 5-night trip

Palermo

Place was nice. Not much to do. It was was to relax in a different part of the world
ERIC, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Really loud, surroundings had nothing to offer, dirty and quite far from the center, and not pedestrian friendly. The pool on the roof was full of screaming and jumping children and the bar wasn’t open. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
susanna, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

It is in a poorer part of town but is near the water. The staff had limited English but are friendly and helpful I walked all over the area but generally used a taxi
Matalee, 4-night trip

Good Hotel for Palermo

Very good hotel with totaly friendly and helpfull staff. especially the guy at the reception was totally helpfull and gives assistant whenever needed, also helped by organizing a rental car etc. Some areas in the hotel are not totaly new, but the rooms etc. are renovated, so this is not really an issue. In my opinion, what you get is perfect for that pricing.
Florian, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Parking space is available. It is rare in Sicily.
Shirley, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Old hotel, not a four star hotel now, swimmingpool not for kids, check in very slow.
John Buur, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The property is in a very dirty area. The outside of the property looks very good but the inside is very dated. The beds are hard and the bath rooms dated in the 70 s The restaurant is very good - food and service very good. Breakfast is also very good serviced from the roof top with great views of the area. The town is in the most beautiful natural setting but there is rubbish everywhere - such a shame - so much potential
Nerrida, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The 70's called, they want their hotel back. The only friendly person was the night time bartender; location is inconvenient, parking a mess, dirty carpets in room, king bed was actually 2 twins pushed together that should have been replaced 20 years ago, I can go on...
Steve, 4-night trip
