Good 6.0
Great Location, very basic accommodations
Overall room was very basic, best aspect is the location of the hotel, it is only a block from the main square in Bruges. The negatives were no wifi (there is wifi, but it is too weak/slow to say that there is wifi). And there was no water heater/coffee machine in the room.

Great hotel in a great location.
Great stay and great location. The hotel is modern and clean, the staff are helpful, the rooms are modern and have everything you would expect. The location is amazing being right behind the belfry tower so all the attractions are only a short walk away.

Lovely Hotel. Room not ready.
Check in stated 3pm but our room was not avaibale until gone 5. All else was good, a nice hotel.

Poor 2.0
Room stank of damp and cigarettes
Room stank of damp and cigarettes to the extent that my eldest daughter was complaining of headaches throughout the night. So overall not impressed and definitely not worth the £170 Furthermore the Irish guy checking us in was extremely rude

Exceptional 10.0
The hotel room was lovely. It was modern, clean and the perfect place to chill after a long day walking the streets of Brugge. I would totally recommend staying here. We had a lovely view of the side street leading to the main square.

Puzzle stay
Very difficult to reach in Christmas road closures, I needed all my navigating skills to get there - google maps did not help a bit. Read the small print about the parking if you choose this hotel because it has its own carpark, it does, but it costs EUR30 per day to use it. I wish they had said this in the description. Some rooms are located at the end of a maze-like route, ours no 151 - you would think it's on the 1st floor, but we took a lift to the 1st floor, we went along the corridor to the other (far) end and took another lift to the second floor to reach the room. The 2nd lift displays floor 0 as the one with the reception, so going out we pressed "0" and found ourselves in a dead-end corridor with 3 rooms and no pass to the reception. Lift to 1st again, walk (long) corridor, lift to 0 to Reception. Fun! And when the system fell, no internet - I had an auction on ebay finishing in 30 min!!!! - and no phone to ask the reception what was going on.... more fun! Bed was quite comfortable compared to other hotel beds, but it got quite hot over night and we switched off the heating. In the morning we had condensation from the window in a small puddle on the floor in front of the window. Bathroom with not much space for personal belongings, unless you use the space at the end of the bathtub - but everything gets splashed. Or the floor, but it gets wet again. Bathroom had no fan or airing, so towels stayed soggy and mirror misty or wet. Floor had no chance to dry.

Location of hotel was perfect
Hotel room was perfect very spacious and clean with some character. Location couldn’t have been any better being right next to the Christmas markets. Under ground car park was bonus with plenty of spaces

Perfect base.
Modern, clean, functional hotel within a classic old style building with friendly professional staff close to all attractions.

Great hotel great location
Clean and modern hotel in an excellent location. Not even a minute walk from the market square. Was reluctant to book here after seeing reviews on the rooms and that they werent as advertised. We booked a charming double room which was very clean and modern as was the hotel. Would stay here again.
