Overall stay was great. When we booked this hotel it was much cheaper than the others in the area. You can see the hotel is not brand new but everything in our room was clean and functioning, water was hot on demand and a/c ran cold, room had microwave, fridge, coffee pot, wifi (although trying to run a p2p service got my husband's laptop an unreversable block) and cable tv. Our room was near the entrance but had no noise issue. Desk staff where very nice and hospitality was excellent, we forgot to pick up our tots bedtime milk and the desk staff were so understanding and provided us with some. Hotel is right next to a large mall and several food joints.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a hotel. We arrived and the front desk person said that I reserved a room with 1 bed and a hot tub. (I had 2 adults and 2 kids staring at him when he said this) I pulled up my reservation and showed him I booked suite with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. The front desk person acted like I messed up my reservation that I clearly just showed him was what I had reserved. When we get to the new room, it is filthy, dingy, and the drywall is falling off the walls in the bathroom, there are only two towels, no bedding for the sofa bed. I ask my boyfriend to go get more towels and bedding and pillows for the sofa bed. When he returned we started to try to make the bed. The couch was stained and had crumbs and junk all over the underside, when I pulled out to try to make the bed, the liner was not attached but had just two wires so the mattress fell through the two wires that were holding the bottom 1/3 of the mattress. Now I am not happy and then get disgusted when I look at the state of the mattress. This mattress looks like it was 50 years old with holes, stains and completely compressed to only be about 3 inches thick. Buy this point I was folding the couch up and packing the kids up to leave. I was here a total of 30 minutes and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay far far away!
It was disgusting. They have serious electrical problems. The lights in the lobby were flickering. The light in the bathroom occasionally came on. There were broken tiles under the toilet and the sub flooring was soft. There were cockroaches in the room on the desk and the floor was disgusting with stains. Luckily the beds were clean, but it was plain nasty in there. The walls are paper thin. Because of the bug problem we refused to eat there in spite of the free breakfast. There were only 2 pillows on each bed and when we asked for more, they gave us 1 full sized pillow and one tiny pillow. It was questionable whether or not the pillow cases were clean.

Nice, but then NOT!
When I first arrived at the hotel in the evening my friend and I were told the room we booked was not available. (two double beds) and only one queen rooms were available. After seeing two rooms, one that smelt bad and one that smelt like cigarettes (we requested non smoking)we were given the "suite" ( still one bed but king) we took it. It was definitely clean, but after spending one night I noticed several bites the next day and am concerned about bed bugs. My friend told me she found one on the floor after putting her suitcase there. The breakfast was nice and the hotel personnel were trying to be as accommodating as they could.
