San Juan Water and Beach Club

When we arrived we didn't think too much as it was right on the beach which was nice. HOever its like an old office block that has been transformed into a hotel "badly" everything is blue and it just looks terrible. The reception is the nicest part. Then you get in the lift and there is this terrible water feature inside and glass above, its all dirty with dirty water running through it. Then you get to the room and its all blue.. the lighting is just weird and you can see anything. The bathroom wasn't very clean on arrival there was all hair all over the shower wall. The coffee machine was next to the toilet (I'm not going to be using that, its disgusting). The view was terrible too

The staff is not welcoming . I need to return my rental car and after I checked in they didn’t even allow my car to unload my bags . When the person can speak English but still talk to me Spanish felt rude . The room is okay it is old hotel and probably only 2 rooms per floor has view . Never going her again

The hotel is fun and nice. The location is great and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach. The staff was very nice. There was zero hot water, so that was a bit of an issue.

Dirty nasty overpriced hotel. Hotel looks nice on the coursed but is disgusting inside. The place looks more like a porn shack inside with dark lighting and neon lights everywhere even inside the rooms. Paid for a ocean front room and got a 12x12 room with a bed and a bathroom, not even a mini fridge. The hotel is beat down and everything was broken including light switches, bed and shower head. Save your money and go to a nice hotel

The check in process was a joke. You can check in early and leave your bags and they will call you when your room is ready. After filling out paperwork and giving credit card info we waited an additional 35 mins after we were called just to get the keys. The rooms don’t have much but a bed and tv. The bathrooms are small and outdated. The rooftop bar is nice to sit and have a drink. Don’t order food at lunchtime it will take 2 hours from ordering to paying eating into your beach lounging time. If you want direct access to the beach this is the place to stay. They will even set up chairs and umbrellas for you if you’re Guest. You can walk to many places to eat.

This hotel was not what I expected. I think if i was 15 years younger and without a child, it would have been fine, but i paid too much money for it to be mediocre.

Front desk service is wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable, Beach is incredible Pool is not what they describe, very dirty, not infinity at all.

The front desk guy needs to be more helpful.

Nothing the rooms was too small nothing looked like it looks on the pics

Everything was nearby. People were friendly and the views were beautiful.
