Great for Families
Conveniently located for easy walking to sites and public transportation. The pool and steam room were nice. Breakfast was far above American standard hotel breakfast. Note: Children 15 & Under are free at breakfast - Plan to Pay at the hotel to take advantage of this. The kids really enjoyed the gaming console in the lobby as well.

Terrible customer service. They seemed to be annoyed or tired of working there. We recently stayed at Novotel Barcelona and the staff friendliness there is amazing. Novotel Brussels needs A LOT more training. They are terrible at what they do. The overall quality of the hotel is terrible. The shops and restaurants around the area close early so there is pretty much no dining options. The dinner menu at the hotel's restaurant is very limited. Would not recommend it.
