Overall great hotel
The location by the waterfalls is beautiful. The staff were nice and helpful. The fancy bathtub and fireplace in the room was pretty special. The compulsory valet parking was a bit of a pain as we needed to repack our stuff in the car. But overall, great hotel.

Lovely hotel...a few hiccups but nothing to spoil the overall experience and front desk was great about addressing any issues. Beautiful spa, restful rooms with jacuzzi tubs. Dining room views are spectacular and food is wonderful.

We were reprimanded for having our wedding ceremony on the balcony. There were no signs saying we couldnt go out there, the women was very rude and told us to clean OUR mess when what was there was there when we got there.
