The staff was very nice and had delicious apple tea upon my arrival. They were very accommodating and even coordinated my airport pickup and drop off. I was surprised to find a personal note and a small souvenir when i entered my hotel room. The hotel was also walking distance to the hagia sophia and Blue Mosque. I really felt at home. Very lovely place to stay in a great area in downtown Istanbul! The area is a lot quieter than other pockets of Istanbul, which we enjoyed.
