Very good place
Everything was good. Stayed 2 nights. First night they only had a room at the nosy side right above the entrance. But next night I got an excellent room facing the backyard, with great view of old city.

2/10 Poor

Dont stay here (Westy is gonna get yer)
Music being pumped into the room from a bar downstairs via a hole in the wall which was being used as an air vent so couldnt use the room to sleep in. Went downstairs to complain only to be told by some Manuel from Fawlty Towers type that "Its Friday so it will probably be going on til post midnight". Refused to move me rooms as apparently the hotel was full (this is Estonia in the winter!) Next receptionist up was quite surly, she sent Manuel out the back and point blank refused to help sending me off to another desk to find a supervisor. Lots of rough looking people hanging around both in and outside of the hotel (not including myself) although this location may be suitable for people who enjoy certain off the cuff vices.... Definitely not worth stopping here, id use a brand hotel insted

One of the best locations - in the heart of the city and minutes walking disctance to Old Town. Shopping centers are right next door, great choice of restaurants and cafes, movie theaters, etc. Depending on your neighbors, it might get a bit noisy. Each room has a locked door to the next room in case you want to make it a double room I guess, but the downside is that you can hear everything in the other room pretty well and I got two excited neighbors who stayed up until midnight. Upon checking in the hotel's computer system was not working and I could not check in. This was not a problem for me, but other guests were not happy abou it.
