Great hotel, poor breakfast
The hotel is ideally located on Downtown Vancouver. The only minus side for us is the breakfast. It’s included in the price but when you see it you’ll see why. Not a lot other than croissants and pain au chocolate. Coffee isn’t that great. We only did breaky one morning out of three. They take a pre auth on a card and that baffles me given there isn’t much to warrant charging to the room. I’ve now gotta wait a few days whilst the pre with goes off. Rooms good size and well equipped. May consider staying there again as location good, rooms good and staff friendly

Hotel was lovely, great location. Pool, changing rooms and bedroom all very clean. Only tiny downside was the limited breakfast options (e.g. cereal/fruit/toast and no hot options) only a minor issue but a bit of a shame in an otherwise lovely high quality Hotel.

Great location, rooms and gym.
Great downtown hotel right at the water behind the pan Pacific and the convention centre. It’s lobby is shared with an office building so it’s not really like a hotel when you arrive, but made up for by rooms (which are excellent) view, location and the gym and pool which is one of the best I’ve used. Only downside is breakfast which is limited and an in a tiny room.

The staff were very kind, sorting us out taxis and ensuring we were well looked after even when we had officially checked out. Loved the use of the pool

Never judge a book by it's cover!
Hotel should remove the breakfast included from website, as we were under the impression that we would have a continental breakfast. Not enough tables, extremely small breakfast room, under staffed and they had run out of everything! At one time there wasn't even bread to toast. When we complained they were dismissive of it and stated it's only a complimentary breakfast service- whatever that means? They said they were busy and hadn't anticipated the volume of people, which I find amazing as they had all slept there the night before. It appears to be a marketing ploy, to entice people to book that hotel. Reception were very dismissive and did not care. On top of this two long black hairs in the bath!!!
