Had everything we needed
Nice enough place, an old building so a bit wonky in places. Really good location for harbour, station and beach. We couldn’t get the tv working as we didn’t have a remote, hot water was a bit quirky but plentiful once we got it working! Could do with a full length mirror, sofa beds only really suitable for small children. Lots more facilities than expected including a kitchen and dining area. Would stay again for the convenience just a few touches could make this place top notch.

A, nice, friendly b&b - POOL ACCESS IS RESTRICTED
Great hosts, made us feel very welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed ourstay as a family of four, especially as there was a full-sized snooker table on-site + a pool, however.... Please note, although there is a lovely on-premise pool, the majority of the time during the day it is hired out to the public with no access to paying guests who are offered very limited time slots at unsociable hours for younger kids, which was somewhat disappointing, due to the lack of transparency around this, please see attached pool schedule.

The staff were excellent, as was the breakfast . Could do with a clear name plaque outside and a little tlc on the decor in places ,but that didn’t really bother us as overall very good value for money and facilities provided.

10/10 Exceptional

The property, room and facilities were so lovely and in a great area in Falmouth. Everything was so close and just a short walk into town and the beach. Our hosts Jamie and Catherine were exceptional. They were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area and would definitely come again

6/10 Good

staying 2 nights for a wedding locally
We found that when we arrived there was no one there to let us in, contacted them, then given pin code to get in. Room very small and cramped really and bathroom was opposite the corridor, not en suite as expected. Not really that clean. Breakfast delivered as arranged to our room, it was OK fresh coffee could have been welcome. Dog in adjcent room barked as we went to bathroom at night. Owners, managers pleasant and friendly. Car parking rather tight, we were OK as have small car unlike other vehicles.Thought definitely overpriced for room and breakfast.

Location great, proximity to beach and town perfect. Room was pretty but dated, room and bathroom lacking in some space saving mod cons for which our feedback to the owners was graciously received. The breakfast was well prepared and delivered in a hamper to the room due to Covid. We provided a request to hold back the eggs since they were cold on arrival, and this was re-accommodated without any issues. Over and above the hosts were very approachable, friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. Our parting comment would be this is a B&B and not a 'hotel' as is suggested by one of it's many names 'Pendennis House Hotel'. Would stay again in a different room.

Stayed at the property for two nights this week. We were meeting some friends in the area and wanted a central base. The hotel is in a great location close to all amenities, station, beach and the town and port. The hotel rooms are good, very clean, the carpets and the bed look very new. Had a really good nights sleep and the continental breakfast is served in your room, which is basic (due to covid) but works. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it does what it says on the tin.

Great location, homely and comfortable house
Nice spacious room. Lovely bath for a soak after a long day exploring. The breakfast wax really delicious and made with quality ingredients. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed it. Great location for beach and town. Covid measures in place so felt safe. Will definitely go back
