The staff were really friendly and the room and amenities were great. I made use of the gym which was really well equipped and was also able to store luggage after check-out. The rooms don't come with a fridge or anything but was great for a couple of nights. Tram to the city was close by, out the front.

Excellent ambiance in lobby and overall hotel and staff support was great. Breakfast was quite good and with quite a much options and spacious sitting area. Rooms were bit smaller and not much activities for families travelling with children. Location is good as near to public transport, paid but spacious parking garage and Molndal galeria mall, ICA Supermarket and sentrum is nearby.

This is a decent property. Location is pretty convenient, very close to a tram stop. Not a lot of amenities immediately nearby, but am easy tram ride to Molndal or Gothenburg. My only negative was the property needs some cleaning. Carpets in the hall were pretty dirty. Stains on my room carpet. I'm not very picky, but they were dirty enough that I noticed.

All in all great hotel! Really service minded staff, polite and made me feel so welcomed. The food was really great; breakfast, dinner and also snack to the fotballgale they showed in the lobby on big screen. That’s was a plus. Good bar, good atmosphere for sure. Even if the hotel was packed when I was there, still the breakfast was easy to get, and also a place to sit. ! The elevatorsystem was NOT optional at all. Even with four elevators, the up and down system was horrible. Takes forever to come down from my floor, 18th. That’s my only complain. Or else it’s a modern hotel, clean and nice.

Clean room but just to busy. Long waiting times for elevators, chaotic breakfast with missing cutlery, missing plates, super stressed breakfast staff, messy buffet. Convenient distance from Liseberg and other places 8-15 euros with Uber or Bolt. Normal cab 25-50 euros…
