Great Location, Some Minor In House Issues
Hotel location is great with access to multiple transportation. Housekeeping staff did not speaks English so it was difficult to communicate other than charades. They changed towels everyday even though signage said they were eco friendly. Did not have business center so you would have to contact front desk to try to print out tickets. Just went to airport to get them. Concierge staff we spoke to was not too clear on how to get to certain locations including bus stops. Otherwise staff was friendly.

Shabby and outdated
Incredibly dated. Rooms look like they were last upgraded in the 80/90s. Old teak worn furniture, threadbare carpets. Apparently my room was an upgrade - even the receptionist said the rooms were tired and shabby.
