Ok if you prefer traditional hotels
For the price, this hotel is ok. Person at reception seemed a bit grumpy. Room decor was quite dated but the bathroom was nice. Bar and communal areas were nice and quaint. My room was at the top of some stair and in the evening the smoke and smell from the kitchen was pumping out. It was like walking through a BBQ haze getting in and out of the room. Not very pleasant.

Fair 4.0
Excellent hotel and venue but dated room
Customer service is perfect but the room was very dated and certainly not worth £71 a night

Good 6.0
hotel getting a bit dated, the bar was small and the staff didn't pay much attention to us as we were workies. no nibbles for us only the smartly dressed guys the steak was supposedly 220g but was half the size of the 150g burger hand cut chips were frozen wedges, asked for barbecue sauce you would have thought I asked him to pay for my dinner with the look on his face all a bit
