OK stay but requires improvement.
My stay at this hotel was overall ok. Some staff at the hotel were very snotty with myself and my daughters, did not help us locate our room when we arrived when it is a big hotel, we primarily booked this hotel for the use of the pool and spa, when we arrived we found out the swimming pool is separated into Lane swim only no leisure pool, the jacuzzi was not working all throughout our stay, the aromatherapy room was that hot it burnt my daughters legs and the sauna smelt terrible. The spa showers were lovely, very clean, provided saun shampoo and conditioner and was a good power. Our hotel room was faultless. Extremely clean, blackout curtains, amazing views or tower bridge and the Shard! Room was cleaned on both days, shower and bath was very clean, good size. I don't think this hotel was worth the money I spent or worth being a 5* hotel. Overall it was an ok stay, but it requires improvement to be rated an 5* hotel.

From breakfast to sleeping, everything overpriced
Have always walked past the Grange and wondered if I'd ever get the chance to stay. Sadly the hype never lived up to expectations. Took us three attempts to get a suitable room (first one was two singles not a double, second room had an unlocked adjoining door with no key, then the third was a smoking... but hey at least it had a double bed!). The room was smaller than those pictured, wouldn't have called it 'executive' when it was similar size and layout to a premier inn room. The next disappointment was to enquire about breakfast. At £23 each, we laughed and decided to turn down their offer of overpriced eggs and bacon. But sadly got suckered in to having a drink in the bar (only got a few quid change from a twenty when ordering two gin and tonics). Whilst a bit chilly, the pool and surrounding spa area was the highlight of the hotel stay. Worth a visit to the LG floor to visit this... but the cost of the stay did not represent value for money. Definitely paying for location and not the experience.

Very good hotel
Very good stay , not sure it resembles 5 star , I stayed in a standard double room was a bit small but only stayed one night so not much of a problem very close to Tower of London and tower bridge , so good for sightseeing overall a very good hotel , would stay again but maybe in a different room
