The room was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Good to have 2 proper beds and not a sofa bed for the additional occupancy. The pool and the jacuzzi area were lovely. The gym looked good but we were unable to try it out as they wouldn't allow kids in. Check in was a little unusual as we were checked into the wrong room but the staff were very helpful and good at rectifying the problem. Good location for the city/tower bridge/tower of London. We would stay here again and we would recommend it.
