Convenient location for Neptune, U-District
My son and I stayed at the Graduate as we were going to a concert across the street at The Neptune Theater. Parking at the hotel is a separate fee but not surprising in a major city and more than I like to spend but for the convenience and a monitored outdoor lot was willing to go with it. Had no issues and staff was friendly. We kept it parked the whole time. Walking distance to the Burke Museum and local restaurants, convenience stores, and super close to the Neptune. Our room was clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The furniture has several built in usb and electrical outlets. The minor inconveniences were only decaf coffee with the keurig, no wash clothes stocked the first night, no bathroom fan, (but it’s an older building), the shower speaker was not charged (my son wanted to try it). There are ice machines. No vending machines that I know of, no room fridge or microwave for our room type. Sound from the neighboring room did carry through by our room entry but it wasn’t noticeable near the sleeping area. I suspect the bathrooms and room entry mirrored each other on the layout creating an echo. We got breakfast and coffee at the downstairs cafe. I liked my latte and breakfast sandwich. My son (10) didn’t care for the sandwich and had apple juice. We didn’t get a chance to see the top floor restaurant and view before we checked out with our other activities and the hours it was open. Target audience is adults but no issues for us.

Awesome customer service!! Allowed us to stay in our room late due to a late evening flight. The roof top bar gives an excellent view

Sleeping well in Seattle
Overall a great stay. Just a few things like not having enough surface areas to put more than one piece of luggage on or the fact we did not have a 'do not disturb' sign for our door. Not a big deal and the staff helped where they could. The location was wonderful and it helped make our overall stay in Seattle a positive one. The beds were super comfortable and the funky decor was refreshing.
