Amazing, friendly staff
Great stay, the staff were amazing and very friendly, really added to our break. Hotel is A+ Only one issue we had and that was we were woken at 4 in the morning by a staff member going in and out of the fire exit to attend a delivery of food, annoying our room was right next to the unloading kitchen

Very good 8.0
really Good stay
Everything was great except the light in our room kept flickering and was circuited wrong so you had to go to the other side of the room to turn it off on that switch before the other one would work at the side. Other than that everything was perfect!

Very good 8.0
Very nice hotel, very grand and impressive. Only real problem was the windows were clearly not secure and could be opened from the outside. There was only the keycard lock on the door as there was no bolt in the additional lock

Beautiful hotel, would stay again.
We had a long weekend away booked here with the hotel. Looks exactly like it does in the photos. Felt very relaxed and calm with the chosen colour scheme. There we’re so many lovely added bits that made it extra special such as white dress gowns, beautiful smelling eco washes and a dimming light switch to help relax yourself even further. All in all a really lovely stay, would go back again. Just as an extra that I would have wanted to know, you do have to get a taxi/Uber into the town but normally costs between £4-£7.

good and bad
The hotel is beautifully and tastfully decorated. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was also good apart from our first days breakfast which was chaotic because of staff shortages. Our room was 205 and also nicely decorated, problem was it faced the main road and the traffic noise was dreadful it needs secondary glazing to be a viable room. They couldnt change our room but supplied us with ear plugs which didnt work so we spent two sleepless nights there.would we return ? only if we were guaranteed a quiet room in the main hotel.

A great hotel
We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, location great and only a few minute bus ride from Princes street. Our room was part of a house that was a minute walk from the main hotel. Room was fabulous. The food in the Bothy restaurant was lovely and service great. A return visit definitely on the cards. The only issue was the poor WiFi. Not sure if that was an ongoing problem or we were just unlucky during our stay. However, it won't put us off going back.

A fantastic service from the front desk and the restaurant staff. They had the baby cot ready for us in the room and both mornings they had a table made up and ready for us with a high chair for the baby at breakfast. Overall a very good experience.

Location good, the room allocated to was poor, curtains were in s poor state, footsteps had visible stains. The view waa the back of the hotel which was not a pleasant sight. I could see what looked like beer
