Great stay
Room was big and clean. Food was plentiful and good. Indoor pool was lovely. Totally relaxing stay

Exceptional 10.0
Wonderful resort
I had a spacious room at ground floor with sea view and ferry terminal view. Apart from an old hairdryer and a little bit of dust between the mattresses it was all ok. Balcony very big, tv with youtube, large bathroom. Breakfast and dinner was buffet with many options to eat. Inside pool is great . View from outside pool is amazing. Staff friendly, reception very beautiful and you get a complementary wine glass in a farewell evening. I would go again. Bus stop at the hotel door. Also boat for Blue Laggon is 100m away.

Well Done on a Stormy Night
Stayed here on a night when the Gozo ferry had been cancelled and the hotel team did an exemplary job having expected only a handful of bookings that day and instead becoming fully booked within a matter of hours. The food was great and plentiful choice and views from the room were lovely, albeit a bit stormy but can’t blame the hotel for that. Staff were all very friendly and despite my dad living in the island, I would stay and recommend staying here again.

No hard beds.
The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable which makes sleeping difficult. We have complained about the mattresses before but nothing has been done about. We think the entertainment should be in a separate room, not in the bar and lounge area where people would like a quiet drink and play cards etc, so you can choose the entertainment you want, instead of it being forced on to you!no

Good hotel but could do with some improvements
Pros Nice reception area Big hotel so plenty of places to sit and relax 4 swimming pools Nice scenery Nice staff (but some could smile more) Good selection of breakfast Private beach (however its quite small) Iron and ironing board in room Lipton tea bags in room (so quite close to a good English breakfast tea) Fridge in room Shop on site (but quite expensive) Cons The shower was not that powerful Poor hair dryer (but available in room) Very bad lighting in room (so hard to do make up) Gym looked old and rusty... again bad lighting. My bedroom door did not lock properly and the AC was not working well when I first arrived but both were fixed quite quickly. The ironing board looked like it needed some TLC but still worked fine. No problems for the rest of my stay.

A good stay
A very good choice if you want to spend some affordable relaxing time, more than one pool available, there is also like a private pool for adults being not close to the others which was very quite and enjoyable. Food is good..not fine dining but good..

Poor 2.0
I would not recommend this hotel. The forniture is old and the AC is noisy. The swimming pool is not clean, the water, the bins..and the kids pool has some of the filters broken and they are sharp and dangerous. My mattress was broken. I complaint the first day and each and every day of the 5 days I stayed and nobody helped me. The bathroom heater broke the 4th day in the morning and nobody went to the room until 7pm. I couldn't use my room for 11 hours and they didn't offer an alternative. The tooth brushes and the towel were dirty after the fix. The mattress of the kid's bed was thinner than 3 finger. Really uncomfortable. There is nothing around the hotel in walking distance.

Solo trip
I picked Paradise Bay to be near the ferry to get to Comino and Gozo, and luckily the area is well serviced by local buses meaning I could explore other parts of the island, as there’s not much else in the immediate area. Staff were friendly and helpful and check in was quick and straight forward. The room was clean and simple, with a small fridge, kettle and iron. Towels were replaced daily. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The pool area was a bit unclean the two times I was there. There was some rubbish floating in the pool, which was a bit off putting. Note also that the pool is both chlorinated and salty, meaning the floor around the pool has lots of dried salt. Excellent Aperol Spritz served by the bar. I didn’t otherwise eat at the restaurants. Good hotel, would stay again, although wouldn’t base my whole holiday here.

Lovely Hotel and staff
The Hotel is lovely in a great quite location. There are only a few things I would like to see improved. 1-There are a total of 4 swimming pools and I feel that at least 1 of these should be available to adults only, as when trying to swim and relax it is not pleasant to have kids jumping in and splashing. 2-There is no shower within the immediate facility to 1 of the outdoor pools and as it is required for you to shower before use this should be provided. 3-For a 4* hotel I would expect a dress code in the restaurant for evening meals, there were both men and women still in swim attire some evenings which I feel is not of an acceptable standard. However, overall the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is very clean and modern. The WiFi was forever disconnecting at what I can only guess was busy periods, but to have WiFi provided for free was a bonus anyway. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but that's really down to personal preference. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family if this is the kind of holiday they enjoy and I would stay there again myself

Disappointing
The hotel was clean but our room was facing what they said was a beach view, there was no beach but a building site going on rebuilding the beach and a new bar across the road via an underground when built , apart from the lack of view and beach the noise was hurrendous from both traffic and building work going on. The only benefit was it was next to ferry terminal but also tributed to noise, there was nothing around in walking distance so the hotel was expensive to eat and drink and only two restaurants to choose from. The one that was supposed to be all inclusive for 22euros was only during the evening meal so actually not all inclusive. All in all a nice hotel if you just need a base but be prepared to travel
