When We came to the Hotel after long trip Guazali i receptionen insist to give us handicap room. We are both very healthy and do not need/ want the room for sick people on our vacation. We ask if he has the normal room for us. Guazali sade that yes but ge wanted us to accept handicap room. He tryed for 25 min. The man must have som problem because his behavior was 💯 not normal. But Kesh / housekeeping was amazing nice and caring
