Great if you love rude staff and bugs
Why can’t hotels just provide you with the room you have booked anymore?! I was given an “upgrade”... to a hotel across the street. When I go to Vegas - which is often - I want to leave my room, hop in an elevator and be in the casino. This “upgrade” deprived me of this, as I have to cross a road and go to a quiet building with no casino. Asked to change rooms and explained that I wanted to be in this building and was told the “only room” was above the garage, motel style and not very nice. So, again, walking outside for ages again and it looked like an old council estate. Didn’t feel safe. . Hideous room. I asked to move again and at 5:00 on a Monday they only have one room available again. Back across the road. Was met with eye rolling, head shaking and teeth sucking from the two witches on reception. Your “upgrade” wasn’t an upgrade. It ruined my experience. Across a street to go to a casino - or a building with atmosphere sucked. Your tiny green rooms with hardly any lighting suck. Having no black out blinds suck. Being bitten by bed bugs sucks. Your staff - they suck. Absolutely hate this place. Will never return.

Very good 8.0
Good amenities but a little noisy as room was opposite the Container Park. Still for the price an location definitely bearable

All good just a bit smokey.
All good downtown. Room smelled of smoke though....we aren't used to smoking indoors!
Marc, gb2 night romance trip
Very good 8.0
The hotel was very comfortable and warm, spoiled by the fact that people were smoking everywhere and the place really smelled bad. There was a fridge and coffee machine in the room. The website was slightly misleading, it implied that the hotel was close to downtown and the main part of Las Vegas, although it was very close to North Las Vegas, but a 25 minute taxi from the main area.

Exceptional 10.0
Best hotel in Vegas
We have stayed at MGM, hooters, golden nugget at mote carp, best value for money and least resort fee - We missed our flight and had to book an additional room - we had a great, clean room and had a few drinks at the bar opposite the reception with an amazing customer service - great cocktails and lovely personality barman couldn’t recommend more, we will be staying here again!!!
