The Peninsula Chicago
Top notch hotel - lives up to the name
Fantastic experience! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The quality and design of the hotel was spectacular - very grand! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could think of (including a printer in the room!!). The spa facilities were very clean and nice. The business center had private meeting rooms for conference calls, accommodated with stationary, printers and the like. The location is perfect, bang on the Mag Mile. This checked all the boxes - highly recommended and definitely will not consider any other hotel I am in Chicago next.

The Peninsula Chicago
Chicago is a great, buzzing city with lots to do and what a hotel to stay in during your visit. Ideally located, the hotel exudes luxury, is immaculate and the staff are friendly and attentive. I couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough. I would say it was like home from home, but this was better than home!

The stay is incredible BUT the pool is closed for our entire stay. should know and mention these important details. I would have booked a different hotel.

The Peninsula Chicago
A truly magnificent hotel
We chose the Peninsula Hotel because they have a wonderful high tea, and also that they are 5 stars. from the moment we walked in the door, we felt pampered. The high tea accommodated my son's dairy intolerance beautifully. They even had an ice rink and free skates! Really enjoyed the pool, with coffee and tea service poolside. I cannot say enough about this wonderful property, and I have done a lot of travel! We will be back!

The Peninsula Chicago
Lovely hotel that outranks the rest
I have stayed in many of the finer hotels in Chicago. This one is the best in comfort and service. We visited on a cold winter night in January and did not need or want to leave the hotel. The bar served great cocktails, the food was great. We were treated to musical entertainment at both dinner and breakfast. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating at all times. This hotel is truly a class act.
