We loved our stay here as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The kids especially liked the kids corner and looked forward to going back to the hotel to build with the wooden blocks! The location was great, easy to get to from the Eurostar with going through Westfield and across the footpath. Proximity to grand place, shops and restaurants good. Novotel Lille Centre Gare review

We have stayed in a few Novotel hotels before and this one wasn’t great. The room was a lot smaller than the one in Novotel Brussels and we were positioned above the restaurant/ bar area, which was noisy. The room was too hot, as the air conditioning had been changed to warm air. We asked for the broken safe in the room to be fixed but this was never done. The floor in the breakfast area was very sticky. As a family we didn’t enjoy our stay here but on a positive, the location is pretty good.
