The loved the size of the rooms at the Savoy. Having a suite with 2 rooms made the stay that much more enjoyable. And the outdoor area is beautiful, 2 pools leading to the beach. Wonderful appointed room (Junior Suite). I particularly enjoyed the size of the suite, the two private balconies and the views of the palm trees. My room offered me peace and tranquility. The room has hardwood floors, so you will hear the noise from the traveler above you if you are on a lower floor. Customer service was superb! Great pool, drinks, and food! This is our second stay at the Savoy. The location is perfect and accommodations roomy and very Miami. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each time we did have issues with either our room not attended to or not able to get extra bedding for the pull out. They are often short staffed and one person is responsible for the front desk, housekeeping, and any customer needs. But the staff all tried their best and enjoyed our stay. The best part is that the hotel is located right at the end of Miami Beach so it's very quiet but the party is literally a block away.
