Já tinha me hospedado neste hotel, e gosto da localização. Achei ruim que trocaram o estacionamento que antes era no próprio hotel e agora é terceirizado, é um estacionamento perto do hotel, mas prefiro quando é no mesmo local principalmente se chego a noite, nao acho seguro em POA essa caminhada curta a noite. A moça da recepção a noite é muito simpática, já o moço jovem (não lembro o nome) achei antipatico, não faz questão de tentar ajudar (simplesmente responde que não é possível check in mais cedo (nem verificou a possibilidade de quarto disponível, somente falou que seria cobrado - primeiro verifique se é possível e depois informe se terá valor, parecia fazer questão de responder mal, que o estacionamento será cobrado a mais) além de outras dúvidas que solicitamos, parece que responde de forma antipática. Queria lembrar o nome do funcionário, pois seu atendimento me lembrou daqueles memes de funcionário de loja de luxo.

Quarto com cheiro de cigarro, box e chão sujo. Funcionários da cozinha com má vontade para atender, pedi duas taças não me emprestaram, questionei sobre os pratos do cardápio no jantar e ouvi que teria mas tinha tudo pronto no bife livre, o que não é verdade não é a mesma comida. Fiz a reserva para fazer uma prova importante no dia seguinte e não pude dormir pois os hóspedes do lado não dormiram e ninguém mais dormiu, ao ligar para recepção pediram que diminuíssem o barulho o que não adiantou de nada, resumindo péssima estadia não recomendo.

Elevadores instáveis, 1 sem funcionar demorava muito para chegar. O quarto embaixo da cama dedos de poeira. No domingo quando voltei do almoço meu quarto estava com a porta aberta a camareira havia saído e deixado poderia ter entrado qualquer pessoa. Inclusive, nesse dia uma camiseta minha que estava na cama “sumiu”, perguntei na recepção se havia ido por engano no lençol mas nem retornaram… Tenho certeza que do quarto não sai com ela.

O hotel é ótimo para o preço que oferece. Já fiquei algumas vezes lá. A única coisa que mudou e que ficou ruim para o hóspede é que retiraram o manobrista. Dessa forma, você precisa ir até a garagem que fica na outra ruim. Como é uma zona central não considero seguro à noite para fazer esse trajeto a pé.
