Very close to Accor Arena Front desk people very friendly and nice. I didn't like the breakfast. Servers very aggressive and not polite. We paid for full breakfast for 5 consecutive days, even 1 hr before the closing time, there was no more orange juice, sometimes no croissants. This along with the not nice servers added to our disappointment on the hotel

We met three members of staff, two of which were delightful, however one of the staff members was rude and patronising towards me and my partner. Shower and sink holes did not drain until a while later, when we asked the rude member of staff if this could be sorted, he said it would be sorted and the issue was not sorted until two days later when we asked another member of staff, whom got it sorted within the short period of time we were out. The shower doors were broken and repetitively allowed water to spray all over the floor. The shower kept changing from boiling hot to freezing cold after a day or so into our stay.
