Superb Hotel
Really enjoyable experience. Location excellent and facilities were superb. Rooms was really nice and super clean. Gym and swimming pool were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Crown Plaza, we will use the hotel again on our next trip to Belfast

Disappointed
Bed not made up properly - undersheet didn’t fit the bed. Terrible pillows. Stains on the carpet and sofa. Couldn’t access the pool without booking first. Had to book a time for breakfast too. Breakfast was chaotic and very poor quality - everything was horribly overcooked. Cars frequently found occupying the disabled spaces we needed without displaying disabled badges - reported this to reception but nothing wad done. Very disappointing.

Family of 4 trip & hotel was lovely.pool good and showers great. Breakfast had lovely choice and was delicious. Large cosy lobby, bar, bedroom. Really nice touch having ho chocolate in bedroom and luxurious biscuits. We were ordering many more hot chocolate drinks that evening in the bar. Very happy stay.
