Absolutely perfect location. Quiet rooms as out did not overlook the Dam square. Very modern feel and staff were excellent.

They do not tell you about a fee for each night you stay, i stayed 3 nights and had to pay a €50 fee when i checked out! You also have to pay a €150 deposit when you check in.

Outstanding, personal service from every representative at the hotel. Friendly without being intrusive and highly professional....As good as anything we receive when staying at ‘top’ 5 star hotels in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Location of hotel is excellent, the breakfast and setting (in The Winter Garden) was superb too. Premium rooms in the Amsterdam Wing are spacious, modern and well equipped - One minor issue was that the Nespresso machine was not working. Overall, good value deal and would definitely stay here again - Highly recommended

Lovey hotel great stay and in a great location for everything central in Amsterdam only two issues we had was the 9am knock on the door on check out day from the staff to check the mini bar we was still in bed and I thought that was a bit naughty also prices in the bar were extreme 90 euro for four vodkas I just think is to excessive apart from that though I enjoyed my stay and I am glad I chose the hotel for my first trip to the Dam

Beautiful hotel, very helpful, please staff. Downfall is that during our two night stay the bar didn't open until 5pm & we would have liked to have enjoyed a glass of wine whilst sitting in the hotel. Also we where over in the 'wing' the room it's self was very nice but a few let down where inside our room, eg two broken cupboards and a wonky light (which drove my OCD crazy!) also the decor of a wall across from our room needed work doing, so was not an eye pleaser.
