Overnight family holiday
The room was great. Too bad there is no access for prams so i had to carry it up the stairs. Joey was the best. She made sure our stay was comfortable and went the extra mile to provide a 5 star service. She is very good with kids as well. Someone give her a promotion!

Run down, unclean and staff disinterested but goo.
Check in girl was pleasant but had an issue with body odour whxj was very unpleasant. The marble reception top was greasy and dirty as was the entrance and lift in the hotel. There was a linen napkin, a box of cigarettes and other rubbish in the plants by the reception door when we arrived which was still there when we left 2 days later. The other check in staff that we spoke to were very blunt and uninterested in helping us with our enquiries. The pool was closed so we were told to use the pool At the sister hotel but when we arrived there this too was closed and remained closed for the duration of our stay. Very disappointed overall with our stay as the sister hotel next door was the complete opposite when we stayed there in October. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good as is the location.
