hotel itself is nice but so many himeless on drugs outsode in that area did not feel safe. plus they charge $55 for valet parking only option an have to give tip eveey time tbey get ur car from garage ended up being expensiv3 to park there. The hotel also charges additional $35 nughtly fee for amenities that i didnt use.

I tried to cancel m booking for the one night repeatedly. They refused to cancel it saying it was hotels.com policy so I reached out to hotels.com and they tried to make an exception but the hotel wouldn’t do it. Customer service is incredibly important especially with the amount of competition they had.

A true gem of a downtown SF hotel!
We loved Hotel Zetta. The whole design and decor was gorgeous with an eclectic flair. We were fortunate enough to meet one of the security guards named Jose who shared with us some of the history. He’s absolutely amazing! Such a cool guy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The drinks at the lobby bar were fantastic. We ate at The Cavalier and it was so delicious. Such a great overnight trip and we’d love to return!
