Overall my stay was good. Staff were friendly and attentive and were more than happy to have a chat. Rowan was very friendly and welcoming. They've only just opened up again after lockdown. so a few teething issues. I paid for breakfast but got a phone call 2 days in saying I said I didn't want breakfast anymore which was odd because I paid extra for all days. Then on the last day they didn't bring breakfast despite me telling them I needed it for 7am because of an early flight. I'm awaiting a refund for the last day. But generally good and will be back in future.
