The Hotel has Bed Bugs!!!
On December 2, 2016 my family and I checked in to Quality in. We were assigned room 159. During the night I woke up from a phone call and noticed something crawling at the head of the bed. I quickly killed the bug and noticed it was a bed bug. I was concerned for myself, family and my son. I immediately got my son out of bed and woke up the rest of my family. I took photos of the dead bed bug and another one my father found while inspecting the bed. My father called downstairs and we were assigned another room, but that was not acceptable. While we waited I noticed my son scratching his neck and saw a bump on his neck. We immediately sanitized it with rubbing alcohol. We told the man/employee at the front desk all of this. Keaton (the man at the front desk) did not come inspect the room or the new room we were assigned just a couple doors down--155. He said he had done what he was supposed to by reporting the incident. He said he would not call a manager and that we must wait until the following day to contact a manager on our own. He said they was no emergency procedure for bed bugs and bed bug bites at the hotel. He said he was not an expert on bed bugs. He said he believed that we saw them. He asked what do we want him to do about it. Following this, we insisted he come look at the room. He complied and walk to the room with us to look at the bed and the blood stain where the bug was killed. He said I believe you even more now what do you want me to do?

Horrible service.
I booked the hotel through hotels.com, which understandably may take a while to process. When I told the person working the desk I had made a reservation online he said it would take an hour to process and that he was busy and would help me in about 20 minutes when he was able to close out the program he was using. Minutes later he asks for my name and tells me my reservation has not shown up and it could be up to two hours to process the reservation It has been over an hour and a half since I made the reservation and he said he'd continue to wait for it to show up, so we decided to wait until it had been two hours to see if it would show up. Keep in my mind that the payment had already been withdrawn from my account and that it was almost 3am at this point. We were waiting for almost an hour before he tells us it would be better to cancel our reservation and just pay the hotel directly. He goes on to say that it sometimes takes hours to process a reservation and didn't want us waiting all night. He really should have made that suggestion to begin with. There was no urgency to help us solve our problem and the service was absolutely abysmal considering we had arrived in the middle of night, had already paid for the room, and were visibly tired.

It was great the rooms just need small updates like the cable and carpet. Small things but overall I was extremely pleased

Disgusting
Uncomfortable bed and disgusting carpet. It needs to be ripped up because no amount of cleaner will fix it. Not that the carpet appears to have EVER been cleaned. The continental breakfast was tasteless and the "omlet" had a vomit like substance in it. I don't know how one messes up eggs and sausage, but this place managed to.
