Good clean, comfortable and modern hotel
Nice clean and modern place just outside Gettysburg town and adjacent to a shopping outlet centre. The staff were friendly and efficient and the rooms were very clean and fresh. The complimentary hot drinks and cookies in the lobby were most welcome and the breakfast offered a good choice of hot and cold food and drink. Free Wifi worked perfectly. All in all a very satisfactory 1 night stay and we would happily stay here again.

Check in was fast and the staff was friendly, however, was not advised that a $25 incidental would be charged ontop of the room fee. Room as clean and spacious. Bath was nice. Heres where my issue is: I took my kids there for a night to go swimming and so I could utilize the spa. Thing is, the spa had no heat! The pool was actually warmer than the spa. Went out to the front desk to inquire aboutbthe heat in the spa and was just brushed off. Kids went back to pool later where 2 other women were complaining to staff about no heat in the spa. After discussing witg those 2 women, they put heat out of order sign up. Im mad because i booked this hotel because it advertised the spa so I could get some enjoyment out of the stay as well and the spa was cold. Wish I could get a free stay with them once they get the spa fixed.

Esther was an amazing breakfast attendant and really made my lil boy smile. And even though we didn’t need the services the facilities maintenance man and housekeeping staff were also amazing! And happy that this time when we stayed here the pool was running.

Nice place at a decent price.
The staff was absolutely incredible! Very friendly and outgoing. There were a few minor issues with cleanliness that added up. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we will definite come back!
