Hard to find it

Very good price. Hard to find this hotel. The sign says something else. My room was not cleaned. But they gave me another room which was an upgrade and that one was clean. It's not in the center. But safe, and parking was good.

No gym, no sauna, dirty floors(stains on carpets), no soundproof walls(you can hear your neighbour on the toilet) and the worst is no WIFI signal. You can catch a glimpse of WIFI in toilet but no in the room. Breakfast was ok, but entire hotel looks like a old WW2 prison. Terrible...

Terrible

A run down hotel (which does not do justice to the Vienna House brand) with spiders and spiderwebs everywhere. They are everywhere inside the room, out on the balcony which made opening the balcony door always risky. Air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. The whole hotel had only one mini fridge which I finally got after a few days in the 30 degree weather the first week after after nagging, complaining and finally shouting. Asked for extra pillows but was told that pillows are according to the number of rooms, so two per room and no more available (they'd have to take one from another room). I am not sure how this hotel continues to function in such a state. I was deceived by the Vienna House brand which from experience in Berlin was excellent. But in Postdam, not at all. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Room was very tiny and lacked proper ventilation. WiFi was there but could never connect to it. Bathroom had broken shelves and no place to put soap and it was right next to the toilet separated only by a curtain. After taking a shower the whole bathroom was slippery.

bad stuffy old room with dirty carpet and in the fridge was a sausage that stank, we were then given a new room which was visually a little better but at 30 degrees the air conditioning was defective, at the first request I was told that the air conditioning only works from Mon - Fri (!) and then later that it is defective in the whole hotel and it will be repaired next week at the earliest. This was a disaster as the room had a large window front and despite the curtains it felt like a heater in the room. It was really bad and a health hazard. Never experienced before and shocking.

Tolles Hotel fürs Wochenende

Erstklassige Lage, die Zimmer soweit in Ordnung. Aber es gab nicht mal einen Fön, nicht mal an der Rezeption !! Leider alle Restaurants in der Nähe überfüllt. Aber wenn man das weiß, fährt man sowieso in die Stadt. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel fürs Wochenende. Und gut gelegen für Radfahrer.

Schade

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war durchgetreten und fleckig. Beim Frühstück stand der Servicearbeiter ( zum Geschirrabräumen) in der Nähe und starrte auf unsere Tische, er könnte gerne seine Wanderschuhe mit leichten Schuhen wechseln und eine Schürze anziehen. 2. Frühstück: Der Kaffee in der Kanne war lauwarm, Milchkaffeee aus der Maschine schmeckte nicht Ein bißchen Bio wäre nicht schlecht. Der Hotelparkplatz kostet 10 €/Nacht, das sollte im Preis sein. Die Strandbar war sehr einladend und nebenan das Restaunant war hervorragend., leider gab es in der Nachbarschaft sonst wenig Möglichkeiten zu speisen.
