Comfy, Clean, but LOUD.
Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, they placed a speaker right next to our window for the pool area which played LOUD dance beat music. I called to complain to the front desk about the noise, and they said it would be "turned down". Even with my headphones in I woke up several times. For such a nice hotel, they should have a Quiet Hours policy and not play loud dance music outside the guest windows.

Seralag0 vs Fairfield we can’t tell a difference
Property condition is not well maintained most stuff has build up of weeks of not being cleaned or just rinsed . My shower base had a layer of dirt around the shower pan top. The bathroom floor hasn’t been cleaned in a while it’s dusty and dirty behind the toilet area, the building it’s self looks abandoned from the pool side. Watched 2 employees walk all over spilled chocolate chips by the waffle makers multiple times. The breakfast.. by the rubber eggs were not good the sausage neither one was good the juice was too watered down. This may be a newer hotel but it’s not no Seralago Hotel and Suites. Overall ok stay but staff and property need improvements 3/5 .
