Costao SPA has 11 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, facials and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a sauna and a hot tub.

Absolutely amazing staff, delicious and fresh food, beautiful and spacious accommodations. The kids club and the activities were amazing. I unfortunately got hurt while at the resort (no fault of the hotel) but they were so amazing the life guards took amazing immediate care and the hotel had me privately driven to the hospital and waited to bring me back.

We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the resort. This all-inclusive has very good food and nice amenities such as pools, several bars, and athletic facilities. The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Tired property. Very slow check in. You must take a number for a machine. You pick either normal check on or express. Nobody knows which one to pick. A lot of people took both. We stay 7 days, we have to exchange 2 times the baby stroller ( the 3rd was complete and worked the way it should). Beach was excellent, the best part of the property. Unnecessary hustle for beach towel ( you must pick them up at one location only, why you don put them in your room, ping pong sets the same, ping pong table beside an indoor swimming pool complex, very warm and humid, reservation to play pool when nobody was there (?), improper light for the dirty pool table, you have them in your back so you make shade on the game, not all the restaurants open the same day at the same time, gluten free bread in the morning only, bathroom lights inappropriate ( they are on the right side, so you have shade in your left side for shaving, bathroom sink faucet too big (I think it is a kitchen faucet) you cannot wash your face because it is on your way while bending, outlet inside down the night table. You must kneel to plug your phone, 4 hangers only, ants crossing in the balconies, in front on my balcony was a light for a water fixture that hit me in the eyes, so no balcony enjoyment at night, etc.

We stayed in the villas, not the international hotel. The room was terrible. The beds were so old that I sunk into middle. There was only one table and one chair in the room (and definitely room for more). No art / decorations to speak of. Mold in the bathroom and ants in the bed. Friends had used soap in the showers, a blanket filled with holes and dirt or no blanket at all. We partially booked this property because of the English speaking, but other than at reception, staff rarely spoke English, which made reserving restaurants, spa treatments near impossible. The facilities were also so loud. It was loud in hotel room where we could hear every word from the adjoining room and people talking in the hallways. It was loud in the dining areas, so much so that it was hard to hold a conversation. Walking by the pool areas was loud enough to induce a headache due to the number of people. That being said, the beach was beautiful and some of the outdoor areas were lovely.

Not prepared for family with babies or at least they didn’t want to be prepared with us. Que o Costão do Santinho é uma excelente opção de estadia, isso não há dúvidas! Porém, há um preço alto que é cobrado e, portanto, deve a avaliação levar isso em conta. Estivemos hospedados no fim de semana do Dia das Mães, o qual já deveria ser previsto uma grande ocupação, só que a impressão que ficou é que foram pegos de surpresa. Mais que isso, o tempo não ajudou (como a previsão já avisava) e choveu quase todos os dias, fazendo com que as atividades se limitassem ao ambiente indoor e principalmente, a comer e beber - e foi aí que se atrapalharam. Longas filas, falta de abastecimento na comida, bares fechados que só eram abertos quando viam que o único aberto estava insustentável e cerveja quase sempre quente. Além disso, questiono a qualidade das bebidas alcóolicas e demais complementos usadas nos drinks, considerando o valor que pagamos na estadia, e qualidade do almoço e janta. Por fim, área kids ser limitada até as 21h, não tendo nem mais uma piscina de bolinhas para bebês e crianças pequenas, é algo que não faz sentido. Mas, falando também dos PONTOS POSITIVOS, preciso destacar o almoço de dia das mães, a cordialidade de toda equipe - o qual aproveito para fazer um elogio ao Rômulo, concierge, a estrutura fantástica, o café da manhã que é excelente (apesar das falhas de reposição) e o jantar que fizemos na Trattoria. Quartos bem equipados, com cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso e TV Smart, com muitas opções de canais também. Limpeza e conservação perfeitas.

Desde o planejamento, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo concierge Rômulo, que foi extremamente atencioso e prestativo, nos auxiliando com informações valiosas e organizando nossa programação de 3 dias de forma perfeita. Durante toda a estadia, a equipe continuou nos orientando com excelência sobre as programações, incluindo jantares especiais e atividades. Acessibilidade e Atendimento Um destaque fundamental desta estadia foi a acessibilidade. Como possuo deficiência física e utilizo muletas, a preocupação com a mobilidade é constante. O Costão do Santinho entregou uma experiência impecável neste aspecto, garantindo total assistência em todas as dependências do complexo, o que nos proporcionou tranquilidade e autonomia para aproveitar cada momento. Pontos de Destaque Lazer e Estrutura: O resort é impecável. As diversas piscinas, internas e externas, são excelentes, e as quadras de esportes estão muito bem conservadas. Diferenciais Culturais e Naturais: O Museu de Arqueologia dentro do complexo e a encantadora fazendinha com sua casa de chá foram surpresas imperdíveis. Entretenimento: O show estilo Broadway é um espetáculo à parte, com uma produção de altíssima qualidade e artistas locais muito talentosos. O apartamento é impecável!! Moraria la! Mas o resort em si, achei mto abaixo das minha expectativas. Funcionários que não dão informações, ngm sabe nada, cada bar com uma carta de bebidas, se gostar de um não consegue repetir em outro lugar, tbm pedi para tirar o gin de um deles e manter o restante igual, me foi dito que não poderia mudar, sendo que eh feito na hora, era soh não colocar a dose de gin,a qualidade das bebidas eh mto fraca, assim como as opções extremamente simplórias de vinho, a estrutura da area social, onde tudo acontece eh antiga e pequena para o tamanho da capacidade de hospedes do resort, isso que soh encheu sexta, graças a Deus os demais dias estavam vazios. Falando em vazio, não tinha serviço nesses dias (quarta e quinta)pois o bar da piscina esteve sempre fechado, o bar e petisco da piscina do hotel internacional tbm, abriu apenas sexta, o bar até ameaçou abrir na quinta, mas nunca tinha ngm atendendo la, fomos umas 4 vezes, sempre sem ngm e desistimos, não ha garçons servindo nas piscinas, o que seria uma coisa básica até para hotéis, quem dirá “resort”. Banheiras sujas e sem funcionar, piscina não mto quentinha, ten apenas 1 mesas de sinuca, que funciona a partir as 19:30,a area social eh muito pequena, perto da capacidade de hospedes e proprietários que tem o resort, O ponto alta foi a festa junina, foi mto bonita, decorada, organizada , show maravilhoso! O padrão costão do santinho que dizem, falta espaço pra escrever mais nessa avaliação
