Clean but horrid
Room is small but clean. Poor state of decor. Very noisy in hotel and surrounding area. Hideous bed and pillows. toiletries went missing and tea and coffee not replenished. Wouldn’t recommend or return here

This is a basic hotel which is clean, good quality and clean bed linen. Staff are very helpful. Whilst parking is available it is very hot and slightly complicated to access as there are no lifts and it is best to unload suitcases at the ground level near reception. Otherwise stairs are a bit difficult to negotiate. Good clean restaurant at fair prices and reasonably good food. Easy access to Paris.

Will not recommend to anyone
We found our room door wide open after getting back to the hotel one night. There was no hot water for 2 days. Check-in wasn’t ready until 3pm rather than 2. The toilet hd a foul smell but room was changed. Apart from all this it was ok for a sleep and the breakfast was good.

Can do better
I have used Campanile hotels before in the UK... thought it worth sticking to what I know & booked Campanile in Paris Sud. The webiste advertised it well but the actuality didn't meet what Campanile publicised... this I thought was very misleading. This hotel has the capicity for the slight alterations needed (namely the dirty, grubby carpets, a good scrub-then coat of paint especially in bathrooms) then it will be ready to receive guests.
