We arrived at a busy time, there had been a flight cancelled and the hotel was full. We had a longstanding booking and were excited to find we had received an upgrade and absolutely loved our allocated king suite. Great views of the air traffic, the most pillowy soft bed and bedding and all the lovely extras. The cafe and restaurant were hectic but the staff on that evening were clearly working incredibly hard and doing an amazing job. Would definitely stay there again. So convenient.
