Overall comfortable and nice room, though it doesnt have all the service and facility normally seen in 5 star hotels, like a swimming pool, spa. It has very good location, minutes from the old centre and short walk to Jewish quarter

Top class facilities, stone throw away from Krakow's City Centre, which can boasts with it's staff's excellent service. Highly recommend for visitors to Old City Centre or anyone planning to stay in Krakow. Very pleased.

Arriving at the Holiday Inn City Centre to find renovations might have been a slight disappointment had it not been for the exception service of the hotel. The renovations made no impact on our stay whatsoever which is testament to the way the hotel management have managed the situation. The Holiday Inn City Centre is the perfect location for those visiting Krakow. Casual 5 minute walk brings you onto the main Market Square with beautiful architecture; bustling bars and a plethora of restaurants. Walk in the opposite direction down Wielopole, across the tram tracks and - within 15 minutes - you are in the heart of Krakow’s Jewish Quarter. The hotel’s location has made it ridiculously convenient for every aspect of our stay. The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful responding promptly to queries through Expedia or at the hotel desks. Our room (329) was clean, modern and warm. A complimentary wireless charger and Google Chrome cast made evenings - just before bed - like being at home. The remote, blackout blind was incredible and plunged the room into total darkness making sleep, within the warm bed, peaceful. Given the proximity to a busy road, the room was silent. Thank you for hosting us in Krakow! We hope you will make the right choice in choosing the Holiday Inn for your trip.

fantastic staff, very helpful. big spacious rooms, great bathrooms. location for the main square is good - 5 min walk. we never ate there but had a few cocktails and the bar staff and drinks we're very nice personally i would say its more like a 4* rather than a 5*, but for what we paid i would defiantly stay there again
