Poor
Worst hotel management
Checked out on the typhoon today on 16 sept 18. We were not told in advance the severity of the typhoon (all forms of public transport including taxi is on halt and shops are all closed in the close proximity. We were just told to wait at the lobby until further notice. Inadequate chairs for guests, no water available although there was some iced tea, which there were limited cups and when I asked for cups it took them 2-3 hours to "wash" their used cups. Staff were not accomodating and considering we were stuck im the hotel, no refreshments provided. Hotel did not offer any alternative transport arrangements and we were pretty much on our own. The rooms were also very aged with poor lighting, sofa seemed old with slight odor and overall did not give you the feeling of staying in higher end hotel. Overall experience is subpar considering this is meant to be a 5 star hotel. Would not return again.

Pavillion review
Hotel is in a great location with a metro station right outside the door and a large (albeit 90% electricial/gadget items) mall just over the road with choice of fast food outlets. The breakfast in the hotel is very expensive for what you get so we only ate their once and there was meant to be bar in the hotel which staff directed us to on 2nd floor but when we got their its was boarded up and building works where going, you'd think the reception team would know what so we could only get a beer in the hotel lobby which is nice but lacks atmostphere. Rooms were spacious and clean with good in room facilities.

Shenzhen 2 days
We decided to spend 2 days in Shenzhen instead of HK, so made a quick booking here after crossing the border. The hotel is immediately next to a metro stop so getting around is very easy. The room was very 80/90's style, but comfortable and clean. There are lots of facilities, we used the pool and spa areas.

Excellent location! Great choice for short stay!
I stayed here for two nights during Chinese New Year holiday. Given with the rate is par with international 3-star hotel, it’s an excellent choice for those who are looking for a hotel with easy access to the subway (just a few steps away). Love the fruit plate being served daily, and the choices of fruits are different daily.

Nice hotel for the price
My wife and I stayed here for one night in transition from Bangkok to home. It was a great deal for the quality of the hotel. We didn't get to try much. I really wanted to check out the indoor pool which looked nice. We will definitely come back to this hotel for a longer stay next time we're in Shenzhen.
