LOVED THIS PLACE
Im late in writing this review but even all these months later, i still think about this place all the time. We loved the roomy suite, the balcony (even tho we didnt use it) the l'occitane bath products. Upstairs at the Kimberly was always nice to have a night cap. The service was great from the doorman the bellhop. We were able to walk down to broadway/times square to see a show. I recommend going to ess a bagel right near the hotel too. The doorman even hailed us a cab. We will plan to stay here again and hopefully for longer next time!

Dated though still Amazing
Haven’t stayed at The Kimberly since before the Pandemic. The hotel is quite frankly dated and worn and needs updated. With that said, I wouldn’t hestitate to stay here every time I’m in NYC! The Valets and bellmen are great, check in is easy, elevators are fast. The luxury suite is big, two separate rooms, an outdoor balcony, and a large bathroom with great amenities. The room was clean and their beds are the best! Much better than any other fancy hotel bed. Book early for a great price! Also love Midtown East always! Best bang for buck per sf if you want a 4 star hotel.

Room was great!
The hotel room was amazing- large capacity for NYC. The room was great- the only complaint was the shower pressure, no and hardly any hot water. It just came out warm.
