We only spend 3 days at the resort. The rooms were ABSOLUTLY beautiful! The resorts restaurant had great food! The pool was very nice also. I would have liked to see some recycle bins on the property so we could have recycled some of our trash rather than tossing it out.

Nice budget friendly option for stay in Phoenix area. Convenient to ASU area. It is a time share property so you will be asked for an “opportunity to learn more.” They were respectful when I firmly said no to meeting. Room was a little tired. Clock was wrong and a few lights had been unplugged. Very spacious even for studio unit. Some units probably have more light. Ours were dark even during the day. Nice amenities on property.

There was a of debris around hotel. Looks like a storm had hit. A shelf in fridge was broken. The A/C was leaking. It took them a minute to come and fix.
