Loved the Don Pedro Lisboa!
The location of the hotel was central to what we were doing. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the people at the front desk. We had an amazing meal at the Italian restaurant on the third floor, The food, presentation and service was exceptional.

Ok hotel with nice room views
This is not a 5* hotel and needs a lot of updating. Cons -Gym has very little equipment - Pool, sauna and steam room shuts at 7:30pm - not fully soundproofed, I could hear sirens from the road below even though I was on the 11th floor with the windows shut - room phones didn't work properly - don't hoover the room or change sheets unless explicitly asked to -intermittant service; on one occasion they forgot to provide water bottles and ignored my 3 requests conducted via phone. In the end I had to go down to reception to complain about it after which water was promptly delivered. Pros -provided a cake and fresh juice for my husband's birthday at my request which was very nice -daily fruit, bottles of water (still and sparkling) and a chocolate. - receptionists were friendly and helpful
